David [Sir pain in the Rump]
Peeking aroind the corner of the partition, your teen boy fantasies are crushed.
Its just a bathroom, worn wood stalls painted white line one side, while shower booths line the other. A pair of benches provide places to sit while you change.
On the cement floor you see a dozen sleeping bags rolled up, a travel cooler with a pile of plastic bags on the floor near it.
The bench holds maybe 60 pre paid phones, still in their packages.
The tiny meshed windows near the ceiling have been covered with black trashbags.
Diego knew what he was looking at. Unfortunately, he didn't know what he he could benefit from .
The gunrat walked past the bench and picked one of the phones up. Diego quickly checked to see if it was already equipped with a sim-card with a phone number. He stared at the packaging for about five seconds, before a half-baked idea hit him.
He gently cut a barely noticeable slit into the plastic packaging of one of the boxes and tore up a second one. Diego gently replaced the phone in the intact plastic, and pocketed the remaining one. He took a picture of the sticker with the sim code and number with his own phone, and put away the empty torn plastic box into his backpack, eliminating as much evidence as was possible.
Either they already collected the phone numbers, or they will do that soon. Either way, the phone number Diego pocketed will be in their lists. Hopefully, when the Sabbat tries to coordinate their troops, Diego's new phone will ping as well... He also kind of needed to remember to block incoming calls, less the ruse fails.
With that done, Diego, put the plastic box with the wrong phone back with the rest, walked up to the cooler and opened it, looking inside. (edited)
