Los Angeles: Blood Moon - ❌💀ch6-bloody-errands

Day 6 Location: The streets of LA Players: @Alex/Sofie /Stefan ST: @!Your Hyennaes The job was done and she finally got paid. With the good gig she had and the pay she gained Sophia decided it was time to go shopping and running errands. She did her best to buy some essentials and also treat herself by renting out a schlock horror film from Blockbuster. When her night of spending was done and she saved what she had left Sophia was alone at night by herself. Due to how close the area she was in to her apartment the short punk rocker began walking home... Alone... In the dark. Nothing bad should surely happen.

She heard some voice from the street. Two actually. Quiet ones. From the narrow dark streets two pieces of the shadow human shaped were pointing out. They were talking of something and it was not like a regular drunk chat for sure. Maybe that could scare her apart. Or interest...

Stopping as she heard the people talked, Sofie's interest peaked. Sofie has always been a gossip hound so slowly and carefully she tried to get closer to hear without alerting them.

She heard a small talk about some 'new shit' and 'get in a few days, as it's not much supplied'. Seemed like a drug deal or something similar.

Hearing it was a drug deal, Sofie just gave a sigh and walked away. Even though she stayed as clean as she can the short mortal already dealt enough with watching her sister abuse and finally die from such things. It was then she'd try and avoid it. Taking the alleys as she tried to get home.

As soon as she turned she could see a guy, not tall in a hoodie and dark jeans with a weird cigarette and another guy close to him. His face was neither nice nor ugly. It seemed just familiar somehow. - Ya lost, girl?

The short punk looked up to the two men as she shook her head. "No, just trying to get home."

The guy nodded to the other one and he vanished on the same dark small street. - Do I know you? - Even if she tried to go, he didn't want to leave her alone, like he had some kind of interest. More of that - the more he spoke, The more the feeling she knows him too started to spread.

There was a bit of panic in Sofie's eyes. She was never really good with faces but this man seemed like someone she'd know... But she couldn't remember. Walking and talking with him Sofie just stuttered out. "I-I don't know... What's your name?"

He smiled a bit. - Troy. Why?

"I'm sorry it's just something about you seems familiar..." She'd look down a bit as she walked. Trying to figure out if she knew a Troy.

- Of course. Many people hear my name here in the city. I am a DJ in a little club. And you, - he looked at her from head to toes, - seems like the fuckin' heavy shit.

"Ohhh! Yeah I think I have heard of you. I'm Sofie Slasher. I'm a nobody punk rocker trying to become a somebody... So what are you doing out?" Sophia had a big smile on her face as she walked and talked with him.

- What am I doing is probably not your business. Yet, - He seemed pretty straight and rude in his speech, but it still seemed in his real nature. The cigarette he smoke had a strange black-red cover and smelled just fantastic, a bit herbal and something else. - 'Nobody' punk rocker from playing on the street or 'Nobody' playing in bars?

"nobody playing in Bars... What are you smoking?" Sophia tilted her head a little.

- My shit. I make it. Why? He seemed non caring but she could see a barely visible smirk on his face.

"Would you mind if I try it?" She had a curious look on her face?

He made an obvious smirk, stopped and passed her the half remainders of his cigarette.

Accepting the cigarette, Sofie had a smoke of it. Coughing a little as she puffed from it.

The taste was stunning, if Sofie tried weed or mushrooms - it could not even compare. She felt like little blue-violet flowers started to plant right inside her chest. It felt a bit unusual and maybe really scary as it is definitely a drug, but the feeling was like she just tried a tiny bit of pure happiness.

Sofie had smoked before and had tried weed before but this was different for her. Puffing away she just commented. "Fucck this is something else."

- Oh It IS something else. He added with glad smirk. - My new expensive shit. Not yet on the market completely, actually.

"Oh its pretty-" she coughs a bit as she finishes the cig. "Its pretty great. What's in it?"

Troy laughed and took the cigarette out of Sofie's hand. It was pretty fast and accurate. There was a moment she didn't realize how she wanted that little piece of happiness back, but could control the impulse. - Just some great herbs. Nothing really harmful. Except of smoke itself. So I would call it pure magic, - this time his grin reminded of the 'bad-guy' one.

Noticing the grin Sofie got a bit spooked before realizing what she did "Um... Th-that's nice. Anyways I need to get going... See you again." Sofie tried her best to get away from the DJ.

Successfully getting rid of the DJ, Sofie got to her apartment. But the first thing that came into her attention - the door was slightly open. She is sure she closed it when going out to the bar.

Noticing the door to her apartment was open her thoughts went towards her cats, her babies. Quickly she rushed in and began calling for all 2 of them, making sure they were there.

Just one of the cats answered the call with the quiet purring.

"Ok there's Bella... But where's Luke?" She closed the door as she began looking for her other cat, not aware someone may be in the room with her.

Looking everywhere in the room, she didn't find her cat. as well as noticed nothing disappeared, but was pretty messy in her bedroom.

Upon trying to find her other cat she scrounged around checking under everything. Looking under her bed she saw something under her bed... Something smeared and drawn into an occult symbol. Then she checked to see what it was and her softhearted self freaked out. "B-Blood... I-Its blood." She panicked a bit as she nearly felt herself faint.

That definitely was blood, pretty fresh and the symbol was not known to her. It had an element of a pentagram, but something went out of her real occult knowledge. The gut told Sofie it's not just a dream catcher. That felt bad.

Feeling panicked Sofie tried to do move her bed and then clean it up. It was either that or call the cops but knowing her and how she dressed, the cops probably wouldn't believe her. So instead she went to try and clean it.

Cleaning scrubbed a little blood, still left the traces on the floor like it was stuck firmly. More of that - she felt a little unpleasant burning as soon as she touched the blood with her hands.

Despite the blood burning her hands, she continued to power through as she kept cleaning it.

The skin corroded and started to cause pain. It was not you expect the blood to cause to you as well as if it was an allergic reaction to a cleaning stuff - that was way too rough.

After a while of cleaning and watching her hands corrode, Sofie stopped as she began breaking down. Even though she cleaned most of it the pain and the gore was getting to her. Crying deeply she wondered who the fuck would do this to her.

That was something not to expect, but maybe it was still better then just sleeping on the bed with THAT under it. As she felt pain an easy remainder of the feeling of happiness and blue-violet flowers calmed her down. Just a bit, not enough but it was the bright moment of the evening anyway.

As she calmed down she was still confused on what the fuck was going on. Eventually she'd move to her bathroom to try and bandage up her hands.

The hands were not ruined, but the burn was not nice at all. Someone definitely wanted to do evil to her. Who could it be? A competitor? Ex lover? Someone else? A psycho maybe, well... definitely. The question - was she about to go and try find a mysterious enemy or find out something about his 'work left on the flor' first.

Sofie was gonna have to figure this out herself. She was gonna find who did it and make them try and clean it.

Recap: Sofia met Troy when she went home from her work. Troy appeared a drug dealer and producer except of being a DJ. The drug caused her a feeling of happiness even it was not 'finished'. Returning home she found out her cat missing and a weird occult symbol made with fresh blood under her bed. When Sofia tried to wipe it out she burnt her hands. (edited)
